About Martell & Melody

Martell & Melody Holt started their careers in custom home building subsequent to making a solid mark in the property preservation industry. After becoming leaders in the industry, the couple sought yet another challenge: to build beautiful homes designed to meet the specification of their clients’ dreams.

As former educators, their classroom training helped to hone the skills of listening and anticipating the needs of others. Essentially, those skills, along with a keen eye for detail and a preference for the extraordinary have enabled them to project what will best fit their clients’ immediate and future needs. They understand that building a new home can be both exciting and overwhelming. That’s why they are exceptionally thorough in defining and explaining, step-by-step, the processes of home building.

The couple prides themselves on managing a business built on integrity, and focused on meeting the standards of those entrusting Holt Custom Homes to bring their visions to life.
